1. Definitions

1.1. “Fragron Infotech,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Fragron Infotech, including its subsidiaries and affiliates.

1.2. “Services” refers to the domain registration, hosting, news website development, NGO website development, mobile app development, e-commerce website development, and other related services provided by Fragron Infotech.

1.3. “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity using our services.

2. Services Provided

2.1. Fragron Infotech offers a variety of services including, but not limited to, domain registration, web hosting, development of news websites, NGO websites, mobile applications, and e-commerce platforms.

2.2. Details of the services will be outlined in the service agreement signed between Fragron Infotech and the Client.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services.

3.2. The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

3.3. The Client agrees not to use the services for any unlawful purposes or to infringe on the rights of others.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment for services is due as per the payment schedule outlined in the Communication Channel.

4.2. Fragron Infotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

4.3. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Communication Channel.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All intellectual property rights in the services provided by Fragron Infotech remain the property of Fragron Infotech or its licensors.

5.2. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party.

6.2. This obligation of confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available or obtained independently.

7. Termination

7.1.  Fragron Infotech reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client engages in any activities that are unlawful or violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Fragron Infotech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services.

8.2. Fragron Infotech’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount paid by the Client to Fragron Infotech for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

9.1. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fragron Infotech from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the Client’s use of the services.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, INDIA.

10.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Dabra, Dist. Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. Fragron Infotech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
