1. General Refund Policy

1.2. All refund requests must be made in writing via email to fragroninfo@gmail.com and must include the reason for the refund request.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1. Domain Registration and Hosting Services
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered.
- Hosting services may be eligible for a refund if the request is made within 05 days of the initial purchase. After 05 days, hosting fees are non-refundable.
2.2. Website Development Services
- Deposits for website development projects are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- If the Client cancels the project before any work has started, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
- If the project is cancelled after work has started, Fragron Infotech will evaluate the work completed up to the cancellation date and will issue a partial refund based on the remaining balance of the deposit after deducting the cost of the work completed.
2.3. Mobile App Development Services
- Deposits for mobile app development projects are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- If the Client cancels the project before any work has started, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
- If the project is cancelled after work has started, Fragron Infotech will evaluate the work completed up to the cancellation date and will issue a partial refund based on the remaining balance of the deposit after deducting the cost of the work completed.
2.4. E-commerce Websites
- Deposits for e-commerce website development projects are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- If the Client cancels the project before any work has started, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
- If the project is cancelled after work has started, Fragron Infotech will evaluate the work completed up to the cancellation date and will issue a partial refund based on the remaining balance of the deposit after deducting the cost of the work completed.
3. Exclusions
3.1. No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered services.
3.2. No refunds will be issued for any third-party services or products purchased through Fragron Infotech.
4. Refund Process
4.1. All refund requests will be reviewed by Fragron Infotech. We will notify you of the outcome of your refund request within 15 business days.
4.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
5.1. Fragron Infotech reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
